Refund & Returns Policy
We aim to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
Quality Assurance
All items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards. If, however, you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon opening the package, please contact us within 48 hours. We will offer a replacement or full refund if the item proves to have been damaged or been faulty when sent. Please include pictures of any damage/faults to help us process requests faster.
Returns for Size or Colour Issues
If the item you receive is not the right size or colour as the original order, we will replace the item free of charge, including shipping both of the original incorrect item and the replacement.
If on receipt of item, the size does not fit, then we may offer a free of charger replacement for different size of the same style and colour if available. This can be done once per item. You may also select a different style, but if the replacement item is more expensive, the price difference must be covered via bank transfer before the replacement is sent.
To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and details of the item you’d like to return. You will then have to pay for the delivery return fee so we suggest you do a tracked package.
Return Window
We offer a 7-day exchange period. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original supplied condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items must be sent back in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect to order.
